New Braunfels Independent School District thanks you for taking part in our process of accepting athletic participation paperwork. The goals of accepting these forms on line and electronically are to conserve resources and allow us to be more efficient in collecting these annually required documents. Any desktop computer, iPad, or smartphone can be used to complete and submit forms.

To avoid common errors, please take note of the following:

• You are NOT required lo print the participation packet
• Paper versions of the packet WILL NOT be accepted.
• You can elect to receive copies via email after electronically signing/submitting forms.
• Use your student's 6-digit NBISD student ID number and DOB to access forms. Entering these items should allow the system to populate their name, if that does not occur, you might be using the wrong date or ID number.
• Signing the document: click inside the signature box and hold your mouse down, this will allow you to create an "Electronic Signature". If you make a mistake and need to start over, click on the refresh icon next to the signature box. If you are using a touch screen device, you may create an electronic signature, by holding your finger to the screen and signing your name or by using a stylus.
• Submitting the forms: If every box is filled in, you will be taken to a confirmation page. If you click submit and it stays on the form page, there is a box that has not been filled in. Look back through the form and the missing information will have red indicators by it.
